For the client who doesn't need or want Event Coordination Services, but has DIY or Personal Decor they need set-up for their event.
This Package includes the following:
- Details Meeting to discuss all details of the event
- Set-up of all DIY/Personal Decor (Card Box, Seating Chart, Centerpieces, Favours, etc.)
- Unlimited Communication from Signing to end of the Event Day
Teardown of Decor available for an additional fee.
For the client who knows what they want for their event, plans it all out, but needs someone to execute their vision.
This Package includes the following:
- Details Meeting to discuss all details of the event
- Creation of a Detailed Timeline from beginning to end of the day, and sharing it with other vendors
- Attending and Running of a Rehearsal (if applicable)
- Set-up and Tear-down of all DIY/Client-owned Décor
- 3-16 hrs of Coordination Services to execute all aspects of the day (i.e. Photo Sessions, Meals, Dances, Speeches, etc.)
- Be the Main Point of Contact for all Guests and Vendors on the Event Day
- Unlimited Communication from Signing to end of the Event Day
- Access to Event Emergency Kit
For the Client who needs some assistance with the planning of their event, but has most details figured out.
This Package includes the following:
- Details Meeting to discuss all details of the event
- Creation of a Detailed Event Day Timeline from beginning to end of the day, and sharing it with other vendors
- Attendance at up to four (4) Vendor Final Meetings (i.e. Venue, Photographer, DJ, Florist, etc.)
- Assistance with sourcing or planning final details or elements (i.e. favours, signage, entertainment, small decor items, etc.)
- Attending and Running of a Rehearsal (if applicable)
- Set-up and Tear-down of all DIY/Client-owned Décor
- 3-16 hrs of Coordination Services to execute all aspects of the day (i.e. Photo Sessions, Meals, Dances, Speeches, etc.)
- Be the Main Point of Contact for all Guests and Vendors on the Event Day
- Unlimited Communication from Signing to end of the Event Day
- Access to Event Emergency Kit
For the Client who needs Assistance with some of the Planning.
This Package includes the following:
- Creation of a detailed Planning Timeline, showing when Vendors should be booked or confirmed by (updated Monthly)
- Details meeting to discuss vendor needs and budgets
- Monthly Meetings to stay on top of the Event Planning Process
- Assistance with Sourcing and Selecting up to four (4) Vendors for your Event
- Attendance at all Vendor Meetings for up to four (4) Vendors - initial consults, detail meetings, and final meetings.
- Attendance of all other Vendors' Final Meetings
- Creation of a Detailed Event Day Timeline from beginning to end of the day, and sharing it with other vendors
- Assistance with sourcing or planning final details or elements (i.e. favours, signage, entertainment, small decor items, etc.)
- Attending and Running of a Rehearsal (if applicable)
- Set-up and Tear-down of all DIY/Client-owned Décor

- Unlimited Meetings to stay on top of the Event Planning Process
- Assistance with Sourcing and Selecting All Vendors for your Event
- Attendance at All Meetings with All Vendors
- Creation of a Detailed Event Day Timeline from beginning to end of the day, and sharing it with other vendors
- Attending and Running of a Rehearsal (if applicable)
- Set-up and Tear-down of all DIY/Client-owned Décor
- 3-16 hrs of Coordination Services to execute all aspects of the day (i.e. Photo Sessions, Meals, Dances, Speeches, etc.)
- Be the Main Point of Contact for all Guests and Vendors on the Event Day
- Unlimited Communication from Signing to end of the Event Day
- Access to Event Emergency Kit
Travel Fees apply for Events 80kms or more from Oksana's Magical Events
Travel Fees and Overnight Accommodations apply for Events 130kms or more from Oksana's Magical Events
A meal must be provided for the Lead Planner and one (1) Assistant, if applicable
